Bio
My research journey is focused on exploring the bullying experiences of women migrant nurses in the NHS. I will share about literature relating to bullying, racism, migrant nurses, planning and doing sensitive research, positionality and ethics. Additionally, I will also share my field work diaries and findings as I analyze them.
Education
I completed my Doctorate in Research Studies from ABC University. My research focused on understanding the experiences of marginalized healthcare workers, which has paved the way for my current research journey.
Employment
I have extensive experience in the healthcare sector, having worked in various roles that have provided me with valuable insights into the challenges faced by migrant healthcare professionals. My work has fueled my passion for addressing issues of workplace bullying and discrimination in the healthcare industry.
